At Wild Birds Unlimited of Corvallis, OR and Wild Birds Unlimited of Salem, OR, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Wild Birds Unlimited stores are independently owned and operated franchises. To maintain a fair and consistent return process, we have established the following return policy for in-store and phone purchases made at our stores:

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase for in-store and phone orders.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This includes a receipt or order confirmation. Purchases made under a customer account with our stores will have a stored receipt in our computer system.
Refund Amount: Refunds for eligible returns will be given in the total amount that the product was originally purchased for. Any discounts (coupons, sales, or other applicable discounts) used originally to purchase the product are not transferable to a new product or purchase after a return has been made.
Refund Method: Refunds for eligible returns originally purchased with a credit or debit card will be processed using the original payment card. For all other original payment methods or if the original payment card is unavailable, we will issue a store credit to a new or existing customer account with our stores.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items and services are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Services (e.g., installation, repairs).
Return Restrictions: We will only accept returns for products that we currently carry in this store. Not all purchases made at other Wild Birds Unlimited stores can be returned at this store. Any product purchased at a different Wild Birds Unlimited store that is returnable to our stores may be refunded as store credit to a new or existing customer account.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our store in person or contact us via phone. When returning an item in-store, please bring the original proof of purchase with you.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. Some return procedures are complex and require approval from management; if this is the case, we appreciate your patience and understanding. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Policy Changes: Wild Birds Unlimited of Corvallis, OR and Wild Birds Unlimited of Salem, OR reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in-store and on our website.
